Hoffman hired to lead Bismarck St. Mary's girls' basketball program

Bismarck St. Mary's has announced the hiring of Jessica Hoffman as the new head coach for its girls' basketball program. A native of Judd, North Dakota, Hoffman brings a wealth of experience and a strong basketball pedigree to the position. She played high school basketball at Gackle-Streeter and went on to excel at the collegiate level with the University of Mary in Bismarck, where she earned all-conference and All-American honors. Hoffman is also a distinguished member of the University of Mary's sports hall of fame.

In recent years, Hoffman has been actively involved in coaching basketball within the Bismarck community. She expressed her excitement about joining Bismarck St. Mary's, a school recognized for its strong tradition of academic and faith-based leadership. Hoffman's vision for the program focuses on building a competitive team while emphasizing the values of character, discipline, and teamwork.

In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Hoffman works as a clinical documentation specialist at Sanford Health in Bismarck. She resides in the area with her husband, Justin, and their three daughters, Zoey, Harper, and Oakley.
