The 2026 West Region Tournament will begin with two region play-in matches on Thursday, Nov. 5 or Friday, Nov. 6. The play-in winners advance to the quarterfinals a week later in Jamestown on Nov. 12 along with seeds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Semifinals and consolation will be held on Friday, Nov. 13 with state qualifiers and the championship taking place on Saturday, Nov. 14. The top four place winners advance to the Division AA Tournament in Bismarck.

The 2026 Division A Region Tournaments will begin with the week of Nov. 9. The Region 3 and 4 champions will qualify for the Division A state tournament to be held in Bismarck, Nov. 19-21. The Region 3 and 4 runner-up and third place finishers will be placed in state-qualifying matches on Saturday, Nov. 14 at the Minot Auditorum. Winners will advance to the Division A Tournament.  The tournament field is comprised from four regions (1-2-3-4).
