The 2025-26 postseason for WDA boys' hockey teams will begin with the West Region Tournament. Two play-in games will be played either Feb. 16 or Feb. 17. Seeds 7 and 8 will host seeds 10 and 9, respectively. Those winners will join seeds 1-6 in quarterfinal play at Bismarck's VFW Sports on Thursday, Feb. 19. The tournament continues Friday, Feb. 20 and Saturday, Feb. 21.

The ND state boys' hockey tournament will be hosted by Fargo Public Schools and Metro Tournament Committee and played at Fargo Scheels Arena/Farmers Union Center. The top four finishers from the West Region Tournament will join the top four place winners from the East Region Tournament. The tournament will be conducted Feb. 26-28.
